This cutting board is made with the BBQ people in mind. This is the largest Cutting Board we have and includes a Juice Groove around the perimeter of the board. Throw your Beef Brisket on this Board and go to work.
 
Only Hardwoods with a Food Safe, closed cell structure are used. Primary hardwoods used are Walnut, Hard Maple, Cherry and Paduk. All Hardwoods are cut into strips, turned on edge and Glued together(glue is food grade & water proof) whereby the Edge Grain of the individual PC’s are making up the top and bottom surface of the cutting board. This process provides for a very stable cutting Board, whereby warping is greatly diminished. In addition, an “Edge Grain” cutting board is easier on the cutting edge of knives, as compared to “face Grain” Boards. 
 
There are NO stains used in this Cutting board, the colors are strictly that of the individual wood species. The finish includes a Food Grade Mineral Oil Bath, followed by a Wood Balm “Rub”, made of Mineral Oil and Beeswax. The BBQ Boss Cutting Board comes with Rubber Feet screwed onto the underside
