Cheese Slicing Board; Standard Size 6 1/2" W x 11" L x 7/8" Thick

 

Only Hardwoods with a Food Safe, closed cell structure are used. Primary hardwoods used are Walnut, Hard Maple, Cherry and Paduk. The typical Cheese Slicing Board includes Edge Glued strips thereby providing stability to the board while also providing various colors and beauty. The Cheese Board is meant for slicing cheese, and NOT as a cutting board. There are NO stains used in this board, the colors are strictly that of the individual wood species. The finish includes a Food Grade Mineral Oil Bath, followed by a Wood Balm “Rub”, made of Mineral Oil and Beeswax. The Board includes a Wire Slicing Arm.
